St Mark's Solution - Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS)
Great for oral rehydration in patients with high output ileostomy 
 - 20g (six level 5 ml spoonful's) of glucose
 - 2.5 g (one heaped 2.5 ml spoonful) of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
 - 3.5 g (one level 5 ml spoonful) of sodium chloride (salt)
 - 1 liter cold tap water
