 • Hepatobiliary
 • Colonic
 • Bacteremia
Entamoeba histolytica:
 • Fecal/oral
 • Colitis non-current
 • Stool O+P, PCR, serology
 • Anchovy paste aspirate
 • Metronidazole followed by paromomycin
Echinococcus:
 • Intermediate host=sheep, definitive host=dogs
 • South America (Peru), Asia, Africa
 • Asymptomatic; anaphylaxis if rupture
 • MRI, US, serology
 • PAIR + albendazole
