Chorea Gait on Physical Exam

A 16 year old male presented with sudden onset involuntary movements for last three months!!

Yes its CHOREA!

Having the two main phenomenologic features of randomness and a flowing quality.

Also there was motor impersistence, Tongue protrusion could not be maintained and the classical waxing and waning grip strength (milk maid’s grip).
