MALIGNANCY:

 - TMA: TTP

 - Arterial thrombosis

 - Migratory superficial thrombophlebitis

 - Idiopathic deep venous thrombosis and other sites of venous thrombosis

 - NBTE (marantic endocarditis)

 - Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)



INFLAMMATORY DISEASE:

 - Behcet disease

 - Buerger's disease

 - Hyperhomocysteinemia

 - Lipoprotein a ↑

 - IBD

 - APLS:PLT ↓



HEMATOLOGIC DISEASE:

 - Myeloproliferative neoplasms

 - PNH

 - HIT

 - MAHA: TTP, HUS, DIC
