Clinical manifestations of anaphylaxis. 
Neurological (<15%): Dizziness, syncope, seizures, Confusion, impending doom. headache
Angioedema: Lips, tongue, orbit, larynx, intestines, extremities
Skin (Skin and Mucosa 80-90%): Urticaria, flushing erythema, pruritus
Cardiovascular (50%): Myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, hypovolemia, hypotension, cardiac arrest, Kounis syndrome
Lungs and airway (60-70%): Rhinitis, oropharyngeal edema, stridor, dyspnea, cough/wheezing, respiratory arrest
GI (>40%): Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, intestinal edema, abdominal pain and fecal incontinence
Genitourinary (<10%): Scrotal edema, uterine cramps, vaginal bleeding and urinary incontinence
