Trichobezoar on Endoscopy

13 years old.  Vomiting since 1 year with hair loss and abdominal lump. Lumen of the stomach is filled with a large trichobezoar occupying for entire length scope negotiated with difficulty by the side of the trichobezoar till antrum it is extending beyond the pylorus.  Surgical removal.
