Dysphagia - Differential Diagnosis Algorithm
Oropharyngeal - Can't initiate swallow, Cough/nasal regurg when attempting to swallow
Esophageal  - Swallowed, but food is stuck
 • Solids and Liquids (motor) - Lack of peristalsis or LES relaxation
    - Intermittent: Diffuse Esophageal Spasm
    - Progressive: Systemic Sclerosis, Achalasia
 • Solids (obstruction) - Gradual narrowing until <1.5 cm
    - Non-Progressive: Esophageal Web, Eosinophilic esophagitis
    - Progressive: Cancer
