Minnesota Tubes for Upper GI Bleeds
Minnesota tubes (MT) are typically placed in intubated patients with life-threatening Gl hemorrhage (particular esophageal varices) when interventional approaches to control hemorrhage have been unsuccessful or are unavailable.
