Gallbladder Sludge Hepatization on POCUS 
Right subcostal view.  Can you see the GB here?  Hint: Look for the shadowing.  There is almost complete hepatization of the GB secondary to tumefactive sludge.  Echotexture of GB very similar to the adjacent liver.
