 • Gabapentin, pregabalin
 • Muscle relaxants (e.g. baclofen)
 • Bisphosphonates (e.g. alendronate)
 • Opiates
 • Ketamine
Invasive Options:
 • Sympathetic / perineural blocks
 • Trigger point injections
 • Spinal cord stimulator
