Central vs Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus - Desmopressin Challenge
Give desmopressin (intranasal, SQ, IV) and monitor UOsm every 30 minutes over 2 hours
 • No Rise in UOsm, still < 300 - Complete NDI
 • Small < 45% rise in UOsm, still < 300 - Partial NDI
 • Partial 15-50% rise in UOsm, > 300 - Partial CDI
 • Rise in UOsm > 100% - Complete CDI
