Reverse Vagal Maneuver Instruction Steps
The reverse vagal maneuver terminated SVT in 10/11 patients. Requires higher science to know if this actually works but I'm open to any alternative to adenosine, which patients will tell you is worse than the arrhythmia it's used to treat.
1: exhale without forcing in a sitting position
2: pinch the nose and close the mouth (tightly)
3: inhale against resistance for ten seconds
