Treatment algorithm for malignancy-associated hypercalcemia.
Hypercalcemia
 - Renal Failure → Dialysis with low Ca++ bath
Aggressive IV hydration
 - Volume Overload → Loop diuretic
IV Bisphosphonate +/- Calcitonin
Refractory Cases: Gallium nitrate or Denosumab
