Coccidioides on culture and microscopy

This was coccidioides sp (in this particular case was posadasii, although morphologically indistinguishable)
Features include:
 - Gross morph: Waxy/felty colonies which may become tan or brown from age
 - Microscopic morph: barrel shaped arthroconidia with alternating with empty disjunctor cells
