30-year old woman with VPCs. Diagnosis?

Classic ARVC! SSFP cine images show the "accordion " sign of small RV free wall aneurysms, interspersed with more normal tissue. Fat-suppressed image below shows fatty and fibrous infiltration of the RV myocardium.
