Orthostatic Hypotension - Management Algorithm

Diagnosis of Orthostatic Hypotension: 

 - Drop in SBP 20mmHg or in DBP 10mmHg, OR

 - SBP 30 mmHg in hypertensive patients, OR

 - upright SBP < 90 mmHg & symptomatic in those with low baseline BP (during active standing after a supine rest of at least 5 minutes)
