Grade I: Generally alert, but with sleep irregularities, Mild confusion, Mildly slowed speech, Personality changes

Grade II: Reduced attention span, Moderate confusion, Slurred speech, Disinhibition

Grade III: Sleepy, but arousable, Severe confusion, Incoherent speech, Bizarre behavior

Grade IV: Coma
