Pseudo-PEA and True PEA on POCUS



Is there any meaningful decision making that this differentiates in a pulseless patient?

- It helps predict chances of survival /ROSC. As you would imagine those where the heart still "trying"have better outcome - Early days but in itself likely powerful tool to discontinue CPR though currently best used along with other criteria ( History / Bystander CPR/ ETCO2 etc)
