Presyncope:

 • Feels "faint" or like they are going to "pass out"

 • Symptoms may be triggered by upright posture, certain situations, or be spontaneous

 • Associated with loss of consciousness

Vertigo:

 • Feels like "room is spinning"

 • Symptoms worse with movement of the head

 • Associated with nausea

Dysequilibrium:

 • Feels unable to stay balanced when standing or walking

 • Symptoms worse with walking

 • Associated with frequent falls, but without faintness or loss of consciousness
