Criteria for diagnosis of PPCM - Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

1) LV EF <0.45

2) Meets the Framingham criteria for HF

3) new symptoms of HF or initial Echo diagnosis of LV dysfunction occurring in the month before or in the 5 months after delivery

4) no alternative cause of HF identified
