Want to evaluate a pupil reactivity but the eye is swollen shut? A coronal view of the anterior chamber can visualize pupil reactivity using consensual light reflex!



Great way to demonstrate light reflex if the patient is unable to open eyelid (edema) or if there is a large hematoma in the region of the eyelid or periorbital area. Excellent!
