Initial Imaging for Screening - V/Q scan - 90-100% se and 94-100% sp for CTEPH

 • Assess for Pulmonary Endarterectomy Operability → Pulmonary Endarterectomy 

 • Targeted Medical Therapy

 • Balloon Pulmonary Angioplasty (BPA)

 • Consider Lung Transplant
